Has anyone built an aluminum boat before? - john boat plans
Thnking I am my own boat, John and aluminum being used for the propulsion of jet skis in power, I wonder if someone had such a project and offers some advice while I was still in the planning phase. The biggest concern we have now is in the tunnel entrance, you must use the Jet Ski home fiberglass or aluminum, to build a tunnel for about?

Even if I did not build an aluminum boat, John, I have created or done much else. If this were my project, like the blade, which speaks itself not in the tunnel. Aluminum is a metal that is expansive, and I see that the ability to seal a fiberglass / aluminum interface with the promise of the great long-term operation.
I want to make the form or a new aluminum, so I would have the same height as the expansion of metal around him. Electrolysis is not a problem, but I think the difference in thermal expansion would be on stamps.
Good luck with your project, sounds like fun.

I built from aluminum and steel. Seems interesting, and I would suggest, with fiber than any permissions are set so that it can only link was created on aluminum. You can create a structure of glass fiber with aluminum screws on the top and the room with something like 3M 5200th
