My toes hurt!!? - playing volleyball with hurt toe

Whenever I participate in a volleyball tournament long toes hurt at the end. All are usually the middle and sometimes I've got blisters on them. What can I do to prevent this?

Make sure your shoes are low - especially in the toes - you can create a banner in which blisters (before reaching the light bulbs - protects your toes are)! @

You need a shoebox with a foot bigger. A shoe salesman should be able to say what brand and style.

Depends on whether you play in the sand or just an ordinary court ... could sand fingers to the bone all the blocks and movements against a hard material such as sand. Do not try too much pressure and treat it lightly, not hard and energetically move the court which could make the difference.
